The Mission
We are family-focused. Our mission to tackling poverty within families and ensure that every child gets a good start to life. We connecting one sponsor to one family whose support gives them hope for now and the future.
Christ Commission
The commission by our Lord Jesus Christ drives us to feed the hungry, look after the poor and destitute, support those who are sick, clothe the naked, house the homeless and attend to those who are bound. Join us to achieve this commission.
Joint Approach
Our programmes are solely implemented in partnership with local churches and community groups in identified communities that are in the greatest needs. This approach is vital in working with reliable organisations.
Case Studies
Give Hope To A Child like Alberto
When father was suddenly killed by thugs, my life and that of my sibling and my mother came to an end. My father worked menial jobs to provide for the family but now there was no source of living.
As I grew up, I became a very violent young boy and planned to killed those who killed my father. I dropped out of school to work as a labourer to help my mother to looked after my sibling. One day Hope Missions came to our village and spoke to about how Jesus loves me in spite of my problems.
Hope Missions volunteers gave training and tools to start life. Now I have hope because I have a job and can support my mother and siblings.
Mariama has had an end to poverty
Mariama escaped child marriage because with your help, Hope Missions was able to support her education when the parents couldn’t. Mariama’s school fees was paid and she received books, clothes and the parents were supported with farming and trading and can now afford to provide their children with meals.
Mariama did very well at school and now studying Economics at University with the aim of becoming a Minister of State so she can also give hope to other less fortunate children.
As a role model to her siblings and other young people in her community, these children are inspired to succeed at school and give themselves a better prospect of living a better life.
