Our Leadership Retreats are intended to promote the concept of transcendent leadership in order to challenge and fix the current erroneous perceptions about leadership in the Church and in societies. The focus is to empower born-again Christians to pursue the call to be leaders who lead to shine the light in darkness instead of followers who follow leaders of darkness.

The main goal is to support born-again Christians to become relevant leaders to their families, communities and nations by developing transcendent leadership skills in becoming creative, resourceful and enthusiastic agents for change for good, by influencing policies and programmes from the Biblical perspectives; and making demonstrable and positive impact on the fabric of societies and the world as a whole. We facilitate leadership development initiatives intended to educate, empower and enrol individuals in diverse communities, organizations, institutions and government offices to make impactful and transformative change in homes, organizations, societies and nations.

LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

We organize lectures, forums, conferences and meetings to interrogate the concept of transcendent leadership as a means of educating, empowering and inspiring individuals around the globe to influence and promote altruistic leadership in all spheres of life, drawing on Biblical principles. The leadership programme seeks to:

• Support Christians to develop a vision for the redesign of national values by making reliable decisions that positively influence policies and practices for equitable and shared distribution of national resources

• Challenge the foundation of specific localized cultural and structural barriers that promote corruption in the fabric of society

• Seize the opportunity to set out a broader transformative vision which influences and reforms – negative behaviours, baseless programmes and corruption in organisations and pollical settings

• Model godly values that embody transcendent leadership by revising outdated and corrupted governance and chieftaincy structures in every aspect of society.

The key leadership development activities that would be undertaken to promote transcendent leadership include:

• Organized forums for views exchange

• 360’ feedback facilitation for self-assessment

• Leadership and personal development coaching/mentoring

• Participative workshops and seminars for skills and personal development training and development training

• Bespoke and accredited transcendent leadership training and development

REGISTRATION CRITERIA

To attend the Leadership Retreat:

1) You must be over 12years old at the time of your application

2) You must be a devout born-again Christian with the passion to make a difference your country of residence.

3) You should be to devote at least 2 hours per month for leadership development sessions.

4) You must agree with the aim of the Leadership Development Programme and be willing to influence your familiy, communities, workplace, organization and nations for the Lordship of Christ Jesus.

5) You must be willing to be mentored and coached and in return to mentor and coach others to become Christian leaders.
