YOUTH CONFERENCE

12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young,
but set an example for the believers in speech,
in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

DLM Youth Conference is a non-denominational Christian youth experience. The aim is to provide an environment within which young people can explore who they are, renew or begin their walk with Christ. We understand that in the heart of every young person is the desire to know and pursue a God given dream and destiny. Many young people who are ill-advised engage in various activities in pursuit of their dreams and to achieve a sense of self-worth in life. However, true success and fulfilment in life is found in a life lived in Jesus Christ.

The Youth Conference is a special programme specially designed with you in mind and with activities planned to satisfy that hunger in your spirit to fulfil your God-given dream and destiny. The programme which takes place on the beautiful location, outskirts of London is open to the youth of age range 13-21. The Conference is held annually every August and takes place at a Christian Residential Centre over 3-days. Others attend as day visitors.

CONFERENCE OUTLINE

The Youth Conference outline involves: Prayer session, Teachings and Talks on Key Christian Principles, Games and a number of workshops on current issues facing young people such as Climate Change, Fear of the Unknown – the Present and Future, Politics, Relationships and Faith at home, in the community and in the workplace. A growing number of young people are attending the Youth Conference for exciting times of fellowship and impartation of the Holy Spirit. These young people are hungry for Jesus and want to know Him more.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit has been extraordinary and the young people feel empowered to do extraordinary things for God. The young people believe that attending the Youth Conference brings them into closer fellowship with the Holy Spirit and their lives are transformed into young leaders with the confidence, inspiration and motivation for world impact and influence for the expansion of the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

REGISTRATION CRITERIA

To attend the Leadership Retreat:

1) You must be over 12years old at the time of your application

2) You must be a devout born-again Christian with the passion to make a difference your country of residence.

3) You should be to devote at least 2 hours per month for leadership development sessions.

4) You must agree with the aim of the Leadership Development Programme and be willing to influence your familiy, communities, workplace, organization and nations for the Lordship of Christ Jesus.

5) You must be willing to be mentored and coached and in return to mentor and coach others to become Christian leaders.

We invite you to come and experience the healing power of God. Come expecting to receive from the Lord and be set free from bondage. The Healing Service is FREE and open to all across the world, but you need to register.
